Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Backyard Buddies.  This policy outlines the terms and methods we use for shipping your orders.

1. Processing Time

• STATUE orders are processed within 4-6 weeks and require additional shipping transit days.  Although not all statues require the full processing time and could be completed sooner, we request that you allow 4-6 weeks.  Statues are made to order and take time to process.
• NON-STATUE orders are processed within 5-8 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
• A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent via email upon dispatch.
• We offer free shipping on all orders over $200
• Shipping costs for returns fall on the customer.  Please make sure you understand the processing times of your purchase and your product details before purchase as shipping costs are high.  There is also a 25% restocking fee for returns.  Please see our return policy for details.

2. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• For NON-STATUES - Report damaged or missing packages with 1-3 days at backyardbuddiesstatues@gmail.com to process carrier claims.
• For STATUES - You MUST open your product from its packaging BEFORE the freight company leaves.  Once you sign the freight slip, you are accepting your package as it was received.  There is no way to determine who is responsible for damage otherwise.
